The filing deadline for your tax return depends on your business type:

Individual or Sole proprietor (1040)
The extension for your individual tax return, of which your Schedule C is a part, is due on April 15 following the tax year.
If the filing deadline day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal, the due date is delayed until the next business day. *Applies to 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065 filings.

Partnership or LLC taxed as a partnership (1065)
March 15 following the tax year
If your Partnership or LLC taxed as a Partnership, has a Calendar Year End (12 months ending Dec 31st), the deadline to file your return would be March 15th following the tax year.

S-corporation or LLC taxed as a S-corporation (1120S)
The 15th day of the third month after the end of the tax year.
If your S-corporation or LLC taxed as an S-corporation has a Calendar Year End (12 months ending Dec 31st), the deadline to file your return would be March 15th following the tax year.

The 15th day of the fourth month after the end of the tax year.
